-Return policy
-Shipping fee and shipping method
-Sales tax rate and taxation method

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Cosme Proud USA, Inc. will accept returns for purchased products at cosmeproud.com, upon receiving your items within 10 days from the purchase date, if the each single item has been used less than 30%.

* Priority mail by US postal service: $10.00

Shipping and Handling fees for Canada:
* UPS Standard to Canada: $10.00 (USD)

Cosme Proud USA, Inc. offers free shipping by UPS Ground on “an order for $600 or more (excluding taxes).
* Free shipping is NOT available for a shipment to AK, GU, HI, PR, VI and Canada.

Cosme Proud USA, Inc. charges sales tax on orders (except health food) delivered to the state of New Jersey.
